Replacement / Refund Policy

Product Replacement 
We do not accept returns of perishable products. However, if your product arrives in a damaged condition, please photograph as received in original packaging and submit for replacement - within 30 days of receipt - to mostlynutsmail@gmail.com for processing. Once approved, replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost. Replacement requests will not be considered after 30 days. Note: products containing chocolate are not shipped in temperature controlled packaging and chocolate may melt in warm conditions. Customer assumes risk if choosing to have these items shipped, and products will not be replaced for reason of melted chocolate.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Refund of product price (not including shipping) may be issued, if damaged product replacement is not desired. Please photograph damaged product(s) as received in original packaging and submit for refund - within 30 days of receipt - to backroadsmail@gmail.com for processing. Refund requests will not be considered after 30 days.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days. Note: products containing chocolate are not shipped in temperature controlled packaging and chocolate may melt in warm conditions. Customer assumes risk if choosing to have these items shipped, and products will not be refunded for reason of melted chocolate.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days of your request, please double-check your payment account and/or contact your financial institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your damaged item.

Shipping 
You will not be charged for shipping of replacement products.
